Our experienced hair stylists will help transform your look and leave you revitalized after each visit. Our goal is to help you find “the look” that reflects your individual personality and life-style. Our wide range of services include classic to cutting-edge haircuts, hair color, balayage, highlight, natural looking perms, and Keratin hair treatments. We will customize individual color, including: corrective and dimensional techniques.

Nail Care

Our Holbrook nail technicians will provide you with pampering and aesthetic benefits to both your hands and feet. We use only premium nail care products to pamper your fingers and toes with a variety of luxurious nail treatments customizable to meet your unique needs. All nail services include a relaxing hand or foot massage, and your choice of complimentary Prosecco, water, or tea.

WellFIT
CLASSES
Our fitness classes are held in our open, airy studio, gym, or saltwater pool, and are taught by certified group exercise instructors who are guaranteed to keep you motivated! We offer an array of different group fitness class types to meet the dynamic needs of our members, like aerobics, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), water aerobics, Zumba®, and balance & strength sessions.

Personal Training
Whether you are getting into the best shape of your life or wanting to continue post operative training, our personal trainers can help you remain focused, and reach your goals. If you want to take your training to the next level our certified personal trainers have the experience to create individualized plans specific to your unique needs and aspirations.

hydrotherapy

The heated HydroWorx is a radically functional hydrotherapy pool with a moveable floor, underwater treadmill, resistance jet technology, and computer and camera systems to show performance and progress.
